Hmm, well if I had to guess which I am.I'd have to say he got that when he fought Miss a previous battle they had because it looks somewhat like a claw mark.

I drew something similar to it a long...long time ago back when Eishi was just beginning to be a main OC of mine. Back when REfO hadn't even been started, I think. ...or when it was just then starting out.
